It seems to happen only when I lower the clocks, around 4 squares appear and they disappear when I move stuff thru them so it "redraws" normally. WebClick curve editor. Hold CTRL and drag the furthest right dot down so the highest part of the curve is lower than the desired frequency. Then drag the leftmost dot up to the frequency you want to lock then press the checkmark on the main MSI afterburner panel. This should set your curve as a straight line all the way across the curve editor.

And, unfortunately, the inspector cannot change the core clock, only GPU clock and memory clock.
