WebI first had that hop burn at local brewery who made a NEIPA and was super excited to try it. However, It was the strangest feeling from a beer. It burned all the way done and lasted quite a while afterwards. I used 6oz of Hops in my flame out addition, and was thinking about using 4-6oz for dry hopping but I don't want the burn.
