Too many variables if it will work or not. Easiest to jack wheel 5” inch off the ground and see if the other tire is off the ground. WebSep 21, 2004 · EricP suggested the trailer jack that simply is wedged under the trailer axle and then pulling the trailer forward rotates the jack and elevates the tire. These jacks are aluminum and look somewhat like a half moon. I think they are advertised as 'easy change trailer jack'. I bought one and it works as advertised as long as your tire is not flat.
